Between a crescent and a cross

First chapter points out to all complicity of Belgrade’s history, to its survival and persistence during the Turkish rule and firm Serbian Christian tradition. This chapter contains the oldest document preserved in the Archives – “Dialogue of the Turks and the Christians”, a Turkish manuscript which dates back to the second half of the 16th century.
